Program details

King County Metro will continue to offer the same ORCA card services, including issuing new ORCA cards. They are expanding their services to provide more information about Metro projects and additional neighborhood services. King County Metro staff will answer questions about how to use the regional transit system, provide information about upcoming Metro expansions and more!

Location and dates

Services available on the second and fourth Thursday of each month (except holidays) between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. in Room 124 on the first floor of:

Please sign in at the Customer Service Counter before going to Room 124 to speak with King County Metro staff person.

Parking

You don't have to worry about parking because City Hall offers free parking downtown at the City Hall parking garage.
