The Bothell Police Department provides fingerprinting services on-site (18410 101st Avenue NE) for citizens wanting to apply for an original Concealed Pistol License (CPL). Citizens must reside within the City limits of Bothell.
Fingerprinting hours are every other Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. by appointment only. Please call 425.487.5120 to schedule your appointment.
Concealed Pistol License Application & Information
Washington State Law requires that you apply for a concealed pistol license (CPL) from the jurisdiction where you live.* For all the options below, a current, valid picture ID is required. If your ID does not have a current Bothell address on it, please bring proof of residency, such as a utility bill.**
Bothell residents may apply for an original CPL at the front counter of the Police Department during regular fingerprinting hours, every other Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. by appointment only. Please call 425.487.5120 to book your appointment. You may also obtain fingerprinting from a private fingerprinting service if you prefer not to make an appointment. An original CPL is $49.25 and is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. We accept payment by check or exact cash only.

Free Medicine Return Program
