You can request an inspection through permits.bothellwa.gov. You must have an account and be logged into your account to schedule an inspection. Please email us if you have questions, comments or problems scheduling your inspections online.
All requests will be logged and assigned to a City Inspector. If the request is received by 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, an inspector will respond to the site on the next business day, holidays excluded (see details below).
Single family plumbing or mechanical inspections may be virtual inspections. You will be contacted by the assigned inspector the morning of your inspection if it is to be virtual (such as zoom, or facetime).
Gov. Jay Inslee announced all construction, including new work, is now allowed.
All construction, including those activities for which social distancing may not be maintained and the start of new construction projects, is authorized to resume. Job site requirements include maintaining at least six feet of distance between workers at job sites whenever possible.
Social distancing of no less than 6 feet from the inspector is compulsory at all times for any inspections conducted in person (please see Social Distancing Tips for more information).

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be the observed holiday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be the observed holiday.
