Inspection Scheduling

Special Notice

Gov. Jay Inslee announced on April 24 plans to allow some construction projects to occur as a part of a “Phase 1 Construction Restart” plan.

The addendum to Proclamation 20-25 (Stay Home – Stay Healthy Order) allows construction to occur as long as projects comply with a number of safety and health requirements that were identified by the Governor as part of the addendum.

These requirements include maintaining at least six feet of distance between workers at job sites. A more detailed explanation of the requirements is outlined in the Governor’s Phase 1 Construction Restart COVID-19 Job Site Requirements.

Effective May 11, 2020, all projects require a completed Affidavit of Authorized New Construction Project (COVID-19) to have on file prior to any requests for inspection.  Please refer to City of Bothell Phase I Construction Restarting Requirements for further details.

Social distancing of no less than 6 feet from the inspector is compulsory at all times for any inspections conducted in person (please see Social Distancing Tips for more information).
