Because this project has no foreseeable funding, Council voted to remove it from the Transportation Improvement Program in November 2014.

The project proposed to construct a 3-lane arterial roadway from 240th Street SE to north of 228th Street SE where there is currently a gap in the existing north-south arterial. Other project elements would have included bicycle lanes, planting strips, sidewalks and reconfigured and signalized intersections. The City of Bothell and Snohomish County were partners in this project.
