City of Bothell is a Council-City Manager form of government. The City Manager is the chief executive officer of the municipal corporation and oversees all City operations. At the direction of City Council, visionary implementation and sound financial management are key elements of City administration. Since its incorporation on April 14, 1909, the City of Bothell has transformed its local government from basic service providers to a full-service city.
