City Services

Municipal Court

The Municipal Court provides services related to all infraction-criminal misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor incidents that occur within the City of Bothell and are filed with the court. The court also provides civil protection orders to victims of domestic violence who reside in Bothell.

Payment of fines may be made with credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).

For your reference: The Municipal Court does not handle civil or small claim cases. These types of cases can be filed with the District Court.
