Municipal Court

The Municipal Court provides services related to all infraction, criminal misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor incidents that occur within the City of Bothell and are filed with the court.

Payment of fines may be made with credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).

For your reference: The Municipal Court does not handle civil or small claims cases. For these types of cases, as well as DV protection orders, please contact the District Court.

Bothell Youth Court

Bothell Youth Court is a community-based intervention and prevention program that provides an alternative response to the adult municipal court for first-time, traffic infraction offenders, in which community youth are empowered to determine the appropriate sanctions for their peers and to hold them accountable for their actions. The program will provide to the youthful offenders and volunteers, educational services and hands-on experience in the judicial system in an effort to promote and increase life and coping skills that leads to enhanced public safety and to create future leaders in the community.
