Capital Facilities Plan

The Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) is a seven-year comprehensive financial plan and needs assessment that identifies and prioritizes funding for capital improvement projects such as parks, road improvements, utilities and new facilities. The approximately $250 million Capital Facilities Plan incorporates more than 40 projects over a seven-year period.
