Victoria “Torie” Brazitis will begin as the City of Bothell’s new Assistant City Manager on Dec. 28, 2017. Described as a “star,” Brazitis has more than 11 years of experience in municipal management and public affairs.
Torie brings strong experience coupled with a deep work ethic and a passion for public service. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious. I think she is the perfect fit right now for Bothell and will be a driving force behind our continued mission toward excellence,” said Jennifer Phillips, City Manager.
As Assistant City Manager, Brazitis will lead the City’s economic development efforts, manage organizational and cross-departmental projects and oversee a staff of three. The Assistant City Manager serves as City Manager Jennifer Phillips’ “right hand” and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and dedication to public service I saw in the staff and leadership at the City of Bothell,” said Brazitis. “I am honored to join your team and am excited to get to work. My family and I are delighted to become ‘Bothellites.'
