The Bothell Police Department is currently investigating three separate robberies which occurred in the parking lot of Fred Meyer, located in the 20800 block of SR-527, in the City of Bothell. In each case East Indian women were targeted and had gold necklaces forcibly ripped from their necks.
The first reported incident occurred on April 29th and information on the robbery was posted to the Bothell Police blog. Since that time two additional robberies, one on June 30th and another on July 19th, have occurred. All three robberies are similar in nature.

In each of the three incidents the victims have suffered scrapes and bruises.
