This afternoon the King County Medical Examiner will release the findings of their autopsy on the two year old who passed away at Kids Corner last Friday. Our investigators have learned that the child died from a medical condition previously not known to the family or care facility. The medical condition is not contagious and other children are not at risk. The family and care facility have been notified. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and to the staff at Kids Corner on this tragic event.
