Emergency Financial Assistance

Attention all Bothell residents! We know many of you have been financially impacted due to COVID-19.  The Northshore Senior Center is distributing one time emergency grant funds and you may be eligible. You do not need to be a senior, US citizen or have citizenship to apply.  Apply online by October 8th, 2020. Call the Senior Center at 425-286-1072 for assistance.

Free Masks

Need a Free Mask? 

With face coverings now mandated by the state for all public places, the City of Bothell has been distributing free, reusable fabric masks. The next mask give-a-way will be Wed, Sept 16th from 4 - 7 pm at the Park at Bothell Landing.  Limit two masks per member of each household.  We will have a limited number of child-sized masks at this event.

Wildfires

Dangerous Fire Conditions Remain

Our area is still facing dangerous fire conditions. Please help prevent brush fires from happening here in Bothell by following the latest burn ban guidelines, and by taking immediate steps to prevent sparks like clearing your home of dried brush and debris, throwing smoking materials away in the proper receptacles and by checking your car for low tire pressure or hanging metal objects, like chains, before heading out on the road.

Pedestrian Bridge Opening Delayed 

Opening of the new Park at Bothell Landing Pedestrian Bridge is delayed until October. As a result of supply chain interruptions caused by COVID-19, the manufacturing process for railings has been pushed back. The Sammamish River Trail is back open between Sammamish River Park and West Riverside Trail but the detour at 102nd Ave. is still in place.

Recology Special Item Recycling
