Take Sound Transit Realignment Survey before April 30thThe COVID-19 recession and rising real estate and construction costs are requiring Sound Transit to prioritize some projects. The SR 522 and I405 Bus Rapid Transit (Stride) projects through Bothell were originally targeted to be completed in 2024. These could be substantially delayed if they are given low priority. These two projects are critical for connecting Bothell to light rail and transit throughout the region. Stride 522 runs along Bothell Way and connects Bothell, Kenmore, and Lake Forest Park to the new Link light rail station in Shoreline. This will be the only high frequency east-west route for us on the north side. Stride 405 connects communities on I405 to Link light rail at Lynnwood, Bellevue and Tukwila, as well as other regional transit services. Let the Sound Transit Board know before April 30 that Stride 522 and Stride 405 should not be delayed by: - Visiting an online open house and completing their short survey. Information and surveys are available in English, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Tagalog and Vietnamese.
- Emailing realignment@soundtransit.org
- Leaving a voicemail at 206-553-3400.

Take East Link Connections Survey before April 25th
As the region’s light rail network expands to serve new stations by 2024, King County Metro and Sound Transit are teaming up to ask residents and riders what changes are needed to improve transit service and connections.
Take this survey now and let them know what transit routes you need in order to get to the nearest Link Light Rail station. This could include the SR 522 or I405 BRT (Stride) routes or local routes. In addition, due to the revisions in the transit service, your existing transit route may be affected regardless of whether you are using Link Light Rail.
