We are excited to announce the return of Bothell’s annual Fourth of July Parade and Pancake Feed on Monday, July 4, 2022. This hometown celebration starts with a free pancake breakfast at Park at Bothell Landing, followed by the Children’s Parade and our 100+ year old Grand Parade.

Business License Changes

Business Licensing Changes Coming to Bothell  

This April, City of Bothell is transitioning its business licensing services over to the Washington State Department of Revenue which means the City will no longer administer business license applications. To apply for or renew a City of Bothell “endorsement,” businesses will be directed to dor.gov.

Joy Hagen Art
Joy Hagen City Hall Art Gallery Open Now 
The art gallery at City Hall has reopened and welcomes back encaustic artist, Joy Hagen. Be sure to stop by to see and smell (yes, smell!) these beautiful pieces. Encaustic paintings are made of wax, so you’ll likely smell the sweet aroma of honey during your visit. Joy’s work is on display April 5 - June 30 and the gallery is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8am – 5pm during City Hall Lobby walk-in hours.

Downtown Overlay and Utility Project 
The City of Bothell will be replacing aging water and sewer lines and paving on Main Street, Beardslee Blvd, 102nd Ave NE, and Kaysner Way starting this month. Flaggers and detours will be in place to help you through construction. Expect night time closures in April and May.
