Northeast Recycling & Transfer Station Open House King County is in the process of looking at three sites in Woodinville and Kirkland for a new recycling and transfer station to replace the aging Houghton Transfer Station in Kirkland. Provide input on the scoping process during an online open house taking place November 3 through January 17, or attend an upcoming meeting.
