New City Manager announced
Pending approval of an employment contract by the City Council on Nov. 29, Jennifer Phillips will become the new City Manager for the City of Bothell on Jan. 17, 2017. After a national search, background screening, public open house, and a day-long series of interviews with staff, the community, and City Council, Phillips was chosen out of six finalists by the City Council.
Phillips currently serves as City Manager for the City of St. Helena, California. She brings 17 years of local government executive-level experience, including as Assistant City Manager in Santa Rosa, Santa Monica, and Fullerton, California.
