Skyhawks Mini-Hawk, a multi-sport program for ages 4 – 7. Baseball, basketball and soccer are taught in a safe, structured environment filled with encouragement and fun. Look for course #20130

Skyhawks Soccer, for beginner and intermediate players ages 6 – 12, this camp focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. Look for course #20129.

Bothell named a NOAA Ambassador

The City of Bothell has been accepted as a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador. This initiative recognizes NOAA partners who are improving the nation’s readiness against extreme weather and other hazards. Together with NOAA and other Ambassadors, we will inform and empower our community to make decisions that can save lives and property, preventing or limiting devastating economic losses.

WSDOT I-405 project update

Construction is underway on a new northbound peak-use shoulder lane on I-405 between State Route 527 and I-5, which will result in an extra lane for general-purpose traffic during the afternoon rush hour. Starting in March, crews will begin nighttime construction (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.) that will require some overnight lane closures. The closures are necessary to minimize disruptions for daytime travelers. This work is weather-dependent and subject to change. The new peak-use shoulder lane is scheduled to open this spring.
