Today is Primary Election Day, the last day to return your ballot. Ballots can be returned without a stamp to a drop box by 8 p.m. today, or with a first-class stamp via U.S. mail. There is a King County Elections drop box at City Hall with special parking for voters. Be sure your ballot will be postmarked today if you haven't yet mailed it.

Youth Court seeks youth volunteers

Bothell Youth Court provides alternatives for first-time traffic offenders to the widely practiced punitive measures in traditional courts. Instead, offenders have an opportunity to reintegrate into the community through community service and self-reflection.

The Youth Court seeks youth volunteers who are interested in becoming civically engaged with the court system. Meeting once a month, Bothell Youth Court is presided over by a youth judge, witnessed by an all-youth jury, and cases are presented by youth attorneys. Interested? Let us know!
