Plastic Bag Survey Reminder

The City of Bothell is considering a restriction on plastic bags and wants to know what you think. Like many surrounding cities, a new ordinance could mean plastic bags will no longer be given out at checkout in stores and shoppers will need to pay for a paper bag or bring their own reusable bag, with some exceptions. We've received a lot of feedback already! Share your thoughts at www.bothellwa.gov/reduceplastic by Friday, November 15.

Pedestrian Bridge Construction Starting Soon

You are invited to an open house on Monday, November 18 from 5 to 7pm at Lytle House in the Park at Bothell Landing. Several years in the making, construction starts soon on a new bridge that will meet current safety and accessibility standards. Learn more and see the detour routes at www.bothellwa.gov/PedBridge.

Pop-up Dog Park Now Open at City Hall

Come check out our new digs on the south lawn of City Hall. The park will be open dawn to dusk, 7 days a week, through February 2 (or as conditions allow). Details and rules at www.bothellwa.gov/dogpark.

Tree Lighting is December 1st
