You must reside in the city of Bothell and provide photo identification with your current address.

Come into the Police department to fill out the required paperwork. You will be fingerprinted and a background check will be completed. Department fingerprint hours are 9 to 11 a.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday. The price is $48 for the original and $32 for renewals and $42 for late renewals. You will need exact change or a check.
