Use this form to tell us about a drainage issue, whether on private or public property in Bothell's city limits. City staff will receive and review your submission during business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.). If you feel your issue is an emergency and it's outside of regular business hours, please call 911 right away.
Please note that City Hall and the Bothell Operations Center are closed every other Friday for staff furlough days, starting June 12, 2020. If you submit this form on a furlough day, staff will not receive it until the following Monday. Check the schedule of furlough days at www.bothellwa.gov/calendar.
Please provide the address or nearest location of any drainage or flooding concerns you have.
Be brief but detailed.
What type of property is impacted by the issue?
I understand that City staff will receive and review the information I submitted only during business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., except for holidays and staff furlough days). If my issue is an emergency and it's outside of regular business hours, I can call 911 to report it.
